The Divine Prayer Centre in Mangalore, originally a Vincentian mission center, was renamed by Fr. Joseph Vaniyamtara VC in October 2012 to honor the legacy of the Divine Retreat Centre in Chalakudy. Since then, the center has become a beacon of spiritual renewal and healing.

It offers a variety of services, including weekly prayer sessions every Friday, daily intercession prayers, rosary, praise and worship, preaching, Holy Mass, and Eucharistic Adoration. The center also provides individual and family counseling and hosts group prayers in the upper chapel, which is open from 7 AM to 8 PM.
The Divine Prayer Centre is equipped to accommodate 900 people in its prayer hall, with additional space for 1,000 more in its extension. The Adoration Chapel can host 12 people, while the upper chapel can accommodate 80. Special monthly prayers are conducted by Br. Sajith Joseph, and the center also hosts a nursing retreat twice a year.
The center's facilities include ample parking and washrooms, ensuring a comfortable and enriching experience for all retreatants.
